Invitational Meet Entry Instructions Beginning this year, parents will pay for their swimmers’ individual events at invitational meets while the team will continue to cover the cost of relay entries. Because of this change in policy parents may now enter their swimmers in these meets via the team website. The team will handle entries for the relays based on swimmers who have been entered in the meet for the session during which the relay will take place. Additionally, if your swimmer is interested in swimming on a relay at an invitational meet, you can RSVP “Yes” to the meet and contact the coaches. If a relay team can be composed with your swimmer they may be entered in the meet. Below are instructions on entering your swimmer in individual events at an invitational meet. Please note that entering your swimmer in an individual invitational meet event will cost $5 per event. Due to this cost the team will not enter swimmers in such events by verbal request. Parents must enter their children in events as shown here or they can send an email to [email protected] stating the meet and events in which they would like their swimmer(s) entered.

After logging in to the website, navigate to Swim Meets Meet List.
2. Scroll to the invitational meet in which you would like enter your swimmer and select the entry button shown as a swimmer icon.
3. The following screen will open instructing you to select a swimmer and then add events.
4. Once you select a swimmer and click “Add entry” an event list will appear. Events for which the selected swimmer is eligible will show their best time in blue, while best times shown in red indicate events for which the swimmer is not eligible.
5. Once you have selected the events for swimmer entry, click “Close” and then click save once the event list has been closed.
6. Your swimmer is now entered in the invitational meet.
