IP Call Recording for the Zetron AcomNOVUS System  

Eventide NexLog communications recorders provide archival and instant recall recording for  the Zetron AcomNOVUS Advanced Communication System.  IP audio streams and detailed  metadata are reliably captured, recorded, and archived.  Recordings are immediately  available for recall, replay, incident reconstruction and export.  The same NexLog system  can also record, telephones, trunked radio, conventional radio and PC screens.  Connectivity:  Recording is via a dedicated IP connection from the Zetron AcomNOVUS system.  Audio Format Supported:  G.711 (64kbps).  Metadata Capture:    Highly detailed call‐related metadata is delivered from the AcomNOVUS system to the  NexLog recorder.  About Eventide: Eventide is an OEM supplier of recording systems to Zetron.  NexLog recorders offer strong  interoperability with Zetron’s MAX Dispatch system, MAX Call Taking system, AcomNOVUS  Advanced Communication system and DCS‐5020 Console system.
