EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER REPORTS PRESIDENT – Mark Webster Bishop Kearney o Setting up meeting with BK officials- inviting to ISC September board meeting to pitch offer o Requesting invoice for 2013 season o If no BK for 2014 tournament, Pinegrove would need to be headquarters, need more carts to transport attendees parking on area streets with radios for people in carts VICE PRESIDENT RECREATION SOCCER - Jennifer Anliker Website- Hey Coach Tab is being modified to be more user friendly Voting members need to be voted on for 2014 season o Executive Board: Mark Webster, Jennifer Anliker, Ben Memmott, Matthew Anliker,
David Sam Tuccio o Members At Large: Karen DiMarco, DJ Maggio, Julie Seymour, Mike Mazzara Motion by Jennifer to accept above as members at large, second by Matt, all in favor. Quorum met. Mike Doyle is volunteering to take over as MicroSoccer Coordinator. He will be working with Jon for session coaches packet and Jennifer for registration & shirts starting with Fall MicroSoccer, which starts 9/7/13 Mike Mazzara will no longer be Rhinos Coordinator, since we will not be purchasing Rhinos ProPasses for any foreseeable future seasons o Mike is considering taking on the Picture Day Coordinator or Fundraising Coordinator, he will determine which role to take on in the near future
VICE PRESIDENT TRAVEL - Ben Memmott 15 travel teams for 2014 o Girls- most teams are done; U17 (combined 16/17) has 30 players and are making cuts o Boys- U13 age groups has extra players which will be split between U12, U13 & U15; U17 boys are working on rosters; U10 will have 1 team from last year’s 2 U09 teams- 4 players from Red team went to Greece team TREASURER – Matt Anliker Reviewed ISC monthly Treasurers report. Budget for 2014 reviewed, including additional expenses added for mowing and lining and Rhinos
ProPass removed o Motion by Matt to pass budget for 2014 with discussed adjustments, second by Ben, all in favor. Quorum met. SECRETARY-
Jill Graziano- Absent. Resigned. David Sam Tuccio volunteered to be secretary.
All voting members vote yes for David Sam to take over as Secretary and will be interim Secretary for 2014 season. Quorum met.
COMMITTEE REPORTS UNIFORMS & APPAREL –
David Sam Tuccio stepping down from position. Julie Seymour volunteering to take over role, affective today
Board decided in July supplemental meeting to go with Valenti for travel and rec uniforms. Travel uniforms will be Adidas. Looking at High Five for Rec uniforms. Travel Adidas uniform kit cost is $75.40. Coaches: looking at polo vs. jersey, will decide in September
COACHING DIRECTOR - Jon Poulakis E-License program with NYSWYSA- scheduled for 10/11-13 at All Star Sports o Cost to use space at All Star $750 o Emails being sent out to all members Training will be imputed in to Hey coach tab, which Jennifer is modifying for easier use EQUIPMENT - DJ Maggio All nets are down Rec equipment has been turned in, with the exception of 6 teams Discussed looking into “in-position” goals instead of Puggs, due to short life of Pugg goals TOURNAMENT- Ben Memmott

Absent. Contract ends 8/31/2013. Barb Infarinato has agreed to take Registrar sub-contractor position. Signed 1 year contract which commences on 9/1/13 and ends 8/31/14.
Training with Linda Soppe for 2 days in August and then with Matt as needed
