The Bible Story Isaiah 53

BIBLE STORY FOR TODDLERS Isaiah was God’s prophet. God showed Isaiah many things that would happen because God’s people did not love and obey Him. God also told Isaiah about His plan to send the Messiah, a special King. Isaiah said the Messiah would look just like an ordinary man, but people would want to hurt Him. The Messiah would heal the sick and help those who were hurting. Isaiah said the Messiah would be punished for the wrong things we all have done, even though the Messiah never did anything wrong. God planned for the Messiah to be hurt so we can be forgiven. Later, when Jesus died on the cross and came back to life, people knew Isaiah had spoken about Him.
