Coursera Operations Challenge:
This is an ISHIKAWA diagram for a problem that i faced during my first job as Process and Maintenance Technician in a semi-conductor company. The Problem is a contamination which has the form of rubber tip marks in the dices (dice= a semi-conductor part) which considered out of quality specification in our process.
