as an RA51 01 Design Organization approved to design products, parts or appliances specified in the current MAA issued Approval Schedule. CONDITIONS 1. This approval is limited to that specified in the scope of the Design Organization Exposition referenced on the Approval Schedule, and; 2. Requires compliance with the procedures specified in the referenced Design Organization Exposition, and; 3.
Is valid whilst the RA5101 Design Organization remains in compliance with the MRP.
4. Subject to compliance with foregoing conditions, this approval shall remain valid until the approval is surrendered, suspended, revoked or expires.

1. Find enclosed your design approval certificate which recognises the scope of the design work and design signatories at References A-B, and represents the formal approval Joint Air Delivery Test and Evaluation Unit, under the MOD Design Approved Organization Scheme (DAOS). 2. As of 1 Oct 17 the MAA introduced a new style Approval Certificate. Following the first issue of the new style Certificate subsequent re-issue will only take place when the Organization name, address or Expiry Date changes. The Schedule will be re-issued separately for all accepted changes in the scope of approval or signatures. 3. If there are any changes to your staff, facilities, products, organizational structure or company name that will affect this approval, these should be passed to the MAA using the DAOS Form-82, which can be found on the MAA website at www.gov.uk/maa. Your attention is specifically drawn to the conditions contained in the certificate. If no changes have occurred within 3 years of this approval the Organization shall advise the MAA in writing that the details of the approval are still correct. Failure to do so may render the approval invalid. 4. The MAA will publish details of those organizations approved under the Design Approved Organization Scheme on the MAA website. 5. You are requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter.
