Jahmal Fenner Assistant Head Coach Co-Offensive Coordinator/QBs Coach Fenner is in his fourth season with the Jaguars. He serves as the team’s Assistant Head Coach and Co-Offensive Coordinator while working with the quarterbacks. Coach Fenner is also the Head Girls Track Coach. He earned his degree in General Studies from the University of Texas El Paso where he also played cornerback for the Miners. In addition to his role on defense, he was a standout punt and kick returner (Freshman All-American, UTEP all-time PR leader). After graduating from UTEP, he played in the Arena Football League for the Amarillo Dusters and was Defensive Coordinator for the Oklahoma City Brawlers. An Austin native, he attended Reagan High School where he played football, basketball, and baseball under current LBJ Athletic Coordinator, Andrew Jackson. He was named Reagan’s Athlete of the Year his junior and senior years. Coach and his wife, Lorrie, have three sons: Kahlil (LBJ #8), Lamael, and Jahmal Jr.
