4 Hour Table Runner
Time: 12:30
Do not expect to complete your project in class. If you precut, we should be able to get some or all of your designs embroidered. We will discuss how to proceed to complete Runner at home.
Pattern or Book: 4 Hour Table Runner, found at Gigi's. Choose designs that will fit in a 14Sq hoop.
My Christmas designs came from www.urbanthreads.com, Folk Festivities, approximately 4” x4”. My leaves came from www.emblibrary.com. Look at these designs: Crunchy Autumn Leaf, Crisp Autumn
Leaf, Light Autumn Leaf, lazing Autumn Leaf, Cool Autumn Leaf, Rakish Autumn Leaf, again choosing close to 4” x 4” design size. Please feel free to choose your own designs, being carful to select designs that are not too heavily threaded, and close the 4” x 4” size.
Materials Needed: Fabric required by pattern, Stabilizer required by pattern, zipper, 14SQ hoop., thread for leaves.
Prewash yes or no? No Homework PRIOR TO CLASS:
Purchase pattern and fabric. Please be on time and ready to work so that we can accomplish as much as possible. Please precut embroidery squares. Supplies Needed for Day of Class:
- Fabric and pattern - 14SQ hoop and tear away stabilizer - Embroidery machine with thread as appropriate for designs chosen
