Joshua Summer High School Volleyball League July 7th- July 23rd, 2015 WHO:
For High School girls entering grades 9th-12th for 2015-2016 ** If enough teams enter would like to create Varsity and sub-varsity divisions.
DATES:
Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights. (7/7, 7/9, 7/14, 7/16, 7/21) NOTE: The Top 4 Teams will advance to play on Thursday 7/23/15
TIME:
5pm-9pm, possibly 10pm depending on the number of teams (Each team will play 2 games and ref 1 game each night)

$40 per player (this includes a league T-shirt if you pre-register by the deadline)
*Deadline to Register is Friday May 29th, 2015 – This allows plenty of time to get schedule prepared and T-shirts ordered. In the past we have wasted a lot of money on extra T-shirts due to late registrants. Therefore in order to guarantee a league t-shirt you must be registered by this date. All others will not receive a t-shirt.

WAIVER TO BE SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN: In accordance with the rules of the Joshua Owls Summer League, I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in any and all league activities. If at any time it is necessary for the aforementioned participant to receive outside or professional medical attention, I hereby give my consent to the league to secure the services of the physical or medical facility selected and to secure transportation as is deemed necessary. I will not hold the league responsible for any benefits and will secure adequate family insurance coverage if additional protection is desired. I will not hold Jennifer Henderson, or any Joshua ISD staff, the Athletic Department, JISD or its employees responsible for any loss, damages, or personal injuries that may incur as a result of participation. This waiver of liability expressly includes all league activities.
