2016 Jr Black Knight Camp DATES

OPEN TO: Boys Ages 5-16 CHECK-IN Main Lobby Holleder Center Registration will take place on Monday, August 8th from 8:15 to 9:00 AM in the Main Lobby of the Holleder Center. At registration there will be a station for our Trainer. Any medications or instructions related to your child’s health should be addressed there. At 9:00 AM, the campers will get their first opportunity to meet the camp counselors and begin camp. Campers are placed in groups by their respective ages. . CHECK-OUT Holleder Center Camp will conclude at 4PM on August 11th.

BASKETBALL CAMP INFORMATION - Entrance o All visitors 16 and over must present a valid ID to enter West Point. o Please anticipate having your car inspected prior to admittance on to West Point’s campus. o All campers and visitors are to enter through Stony Lonesome Gate and proceed to A Lot. o Signs will be posted. o Enter the Holleder Center through any of the front doors. Registration desk will be to the right after you walk in.
- Basketball Facilities o Basketball campers will be training at Christl Arena - Rules and Regulations o All campers are required to comply with the Army West Point Summer Camp guidelines which are established to ensure personal safety, hygiene and property damage prevention. Any camper found to be disruptive and unwilling to follow behavior guidelines will be sent home without a refund. - Communicating with Campers at Camp o In case of emergency, please call the camp office during business hours to leave a message for your child (845-938-4467). - Cancellations o All refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis and you will be notified once a final decision has been made regarding any refund. NOTE: Your daily start time will be at 9am and your daily end time or pickup time will be at 4pm respectively. Each camper will have to bring his own lunch and snacks for each day of camp. - Camper Housing Rules o We ask that campers do not bring valuables. The United States Military Academy and Army Athletic Association are not responsible for lost or stolen items. o The United States Military Academy has a Zero Tolerance for theft or damage to personal or government property.

PACKING LIST Water Bottle – Water Coolers will be on site, but cups will not be provided. Water Bottles must be labeled with camper name on it!
