Payment of any remaining camp balance Completed and signed Medical Release form Front and Back photocopy of medical insurance card Completed 2017 Liability Release (if you do not already have a completed form on file from winter
one luggage bag (Not too big, it’s only 4 days!) one sleeping bag pillow messy clothes for games and paintball bathing suit o girls one pieces or tankinis (always with board shorts)****please see modesty letter o guys no Speedos please sun screen (LOTS) hat sun glasses toiletries towel--bath and pool (You will need both) Bible flashlight reusable water bottle with your name on it (Nalgene, HydroFlask, Plastic/Metal, etc.) spending money (for the snack shop)
