Julie Barto

Julie Barto Julie Barto is a graduate of Bellevue University and received her Masters of Administrative Studies (health care administration) from the University of South Dakota. She has served as the Practice Administrator for Siouxland Women’s Health Care, P.C., an OB/GYN clinic, for 28 years. She has been a member of IMGMA since 1986, and has previously served as President and most recently, board member, and chair of the professional development committee. Julie has had the privilege of serving on each of the IMGMA committees throughout her career.
