Claim and a Request for Class Action Status The Company hereby reports that it has learned that a claim and application for certification was filed in the District Court of Tel Aviv-Jaffa against eleven defendants, including a subsidiary of the Company, Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., regarding claims relating to air pollution in Haifa Bay (Israel) and damage resulting from it, according to the claims, to the population of Haifa Bay. The scope of the claim is approximately NIS 14.4 billion. As of the date of this Report, the Company has not been served with documents regarding the claim. After they have been served, the Company will evaluate the claim documents and will relate to them within the framework of the legal process.
