I hereby authorize the staff of the 2012 Tiger Soccer Camp to act according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability for any injury or illness incurred while at camp. I understand that violation of camp rules may result in dismissal from camp with tuition forfeited. My signature also indicates that medical permission has been secured to practice and I have insurance to cover any injuries or illness incurred during camp.

Craig Shaw is the head coach of the new women's soccer program at Fort Hays State University. Women's and men's soccer programs started in 2011 at Fort Hays State. In Fall 2012, FHSU’s second season they went 14-7-1 and beat UCM and UCO to win the MIAA Conference Tournament Championship!! They also qualified for the NCAA National Tournament!! Coach Shaw has an overall coaching record of 60-38-5 in only 5 years! Shaw came to the program from Ottawa University the 2009 season was Ottawa's best under Shaw, finishing 16-5 overall, winning the KCAC with an unblemished 9-0 record. The 2009 Ottawa squad also won the conference tournament and was an NAIA national tournament qualifier. Shaw was named KCAC Coach of the Year and NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year in 2009.
Enrollment Procedures Complete the application form in this brochure and return it to the address printed on the back of this brochure. Enclose either a deposit of $50 or the total amount of the camp fee. If you send a deposit please indicate commuter or resident. All applications and deposits are due by June 1st to guarantee your spot, shirt and ball order. No refund will be provided if not requested at least 30 days prior to camp. So, What’s a FHSU TEAM Camp?

It is a camp where you attend as a team. You will be kept in your team for all sessions. Your practice sessions will focus on whatever the club or high school coach feels are the teams weaknesses. There will be 1 college coach and college player per team!! You will scrimmage other teams at the camp at night. You will be in front of numerous college coaches for a chance to get recruited.
The new soccer stadium was completed in spring 2011 and is a state of the art soccer specific complex with synthetic turf playing surface, bleachers, lights, scoreboard, press box, concessions and locker rooms.
The camp takes place for 4 days and 3 nights on the campus of Fort Hays State University in beautiful Hays, Kansas. The camp will be run like a typical college program. You will be placed in college training sessions, have classroom sessions designed to teach you tactics and systems of play, and you will learn about the recruiting process.
