Thank You VBS Workers: We appreciate over 100 workers this last week in Vacation Bible School. We had a great week teaching over 150 children each night about the ways of our Lord. Thanks for the planning, decorating, serving, and teaching of our volunteers this week. You are a great blessing. Pastor John.

Silver Warriors & Youth cook-out: Thursday, July 9 the Silver Warriors and youth will have their “annual cook-out” in the church fellowship hall. They will begin grilling around 10:30, have a time of sharing and then eating and fellowshipping. The Silver Warriors are asked to bring a dessert and drink.

Sign up sheets are on the front table. Our speakers will be Kelvin & Carolyn Cochran, former Atlanta Fire Chief.

2015 Centrifuge Youth Camp / June 28-July 3. Pray for our youth as they leave today for youth camp. This is a great opportunity for our youth to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and build lasting friendships.
Mission News: Pray for Carrie Woolbright as she serves in Romania from June 9 – July 23, and Cheryl Brewer and she ministers with Spread Truth Ministries July 18 – 25 in New York City.
Kid’s Camp: Attention all rising 3 rd Graders – 6th Graders: The last deposit of $45 is due June 21 st. Camp dates are August 6 – 9. You can see Jeff or Carrie to pay or for more information.
Canada Mission Trip - July 4 – 11, 2015 Tanzania Missions: On August 10 – 22, Bro. Perry will be teaching Spiritual Leadership at a Pastor’s Conference in Tanzania. The cost of the trip is $3,500.00. If you would like bless Bro Perry with financial assistance for this trip, you can mark any giving on your check or offering envelope. Please specify either “Bro Perry” or “Tanzania” to assure it gets credited toward his trip. Amount Received: $2,891.00
Isaac & Kayla Gibson leave in August to serve aboard the Logos Hope for one year in parts of Asia and Africa. The total cost of their trip is $35,700.00, and it is due July 5. THANKS to the church and members, they are very close to meeting their commitment. If you would like to partner with Isaac and Kayla financially with this ministry, you can mark any giving on your check or offering envelope. Please specify “Isaac & Kayla”. Amount Remaining: $2,975. Isaac and Kayla would love to talk to anyone who would consider giving on a monthly basis while they serve 13 months overseas.
