Kennesaw Mustangs Youth Football Association Football and Cheerleading Refund Request Form All refund requests must be received on or before Friday August 5th and a $75 processing fee will be applied to each request. Requests should be sent to [email protected]. Refunds will not be approved if received after August 5th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! For those who register after the refund deadline (August 5th), refund requests will NOT be approved. In order for your refund to be processed, all equipment must be returned to KYFA. If you choose to mail in the refund request form, it must be postmarked prior to or by the dates listed above and should only be mailed if equipment has been returned. KYFA P.O.
