On 2/1/2018 at approximately 0948 hours, Officers contacted Samuel Lebron, age 46, in the 100 block of Stedman Street. Mr. Lebron was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for two counts Assault in the Third Degree. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/2/2018 at approximately 1501 hours, Officers responded to the 2000 block of First Avenue to a report of a domestic dispute. Officers contacted Shawn McCray, age 35. Based on the investigation, Mr. McCray was charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree-Domestic Violence. He was transported to the State jail and held without bail. On 2/2/2018 at approximately 1720 hours, Officers contacted Nick Nix, age 19, at the intersection of Baranof and Buren Avenue. Mr. Nix was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for Driving Without a Valid License. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $50.00 bail. On 2/3/2018 at approximately 0055 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Tongass Avenue. Officers contacted the driver, Douglas Armey, age 56, who appeared intoxicated. Mr. Armey was charged with Driving Under the Influence. He was transported to the State Jail and released on his own recognizance. On 2/3/2018 at approximately 1956 hours, Officers contacted Lapairs Shaw, age 26, in the 300 block of Bawden Street. Mr. Shaw was found to have outstanding arrest warrant for Assault in the Fourth Degree-Domestic Violence. While being transported, Officers found a small bag of suspected narcotics. Mr. Shaw was charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/3/2018 at approximately 2120 hours, Officers contacted Marika Garner, age 23, in the 800 block of Venetia Way. Ms. Garner appeared intoxicated, which is a violation of her felony probation. Ms. Garner was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/3/2018 at approximately 2316 hours, Officers responded to the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue to a report of an assault. Officers contacted Colin Green, age 38. Based on the investigation, Mr. Green was charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $500 bail.
