Kevin Wolfe Assistant Director, Criminal Practice Division, New Jersey Courts Kevin M. Wolfe heads the Civil Practice Division in the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts, where he oversees a staff of attorneys, paralegals, administrative and clerical support personnel responsible for staffing various Supreme Court committees, judge conferences, and Civil Division conferences. Administration of the statewide civil commitment and guardianship areas are part of the Civil Practice Division’s responsibilities. Prior to this, Wolfe was in private practice. His public service began with his service as Deputy Surrogate for Mercer County and continued as Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Law where he handled probate, unclaimed property and inheritance tax matters on behalf of the State. He is a periodic lecturer at Judicial College and bar association training courses and is the author of various reports and manuals on New Jersey civil practice, equity, probate, and foreclosure topics. Wolfe received a B.S.M.E. degree from Newark College of Engineering (New Jersey Institute of Technology) and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University.
