UTEP Athletics would like to thank you for your interest in purchasing a Kidd Field tent. Below please find the rules and regulations of UTEP Athletics. All parties who purchase a Kidd Field tent, or are a guest at a tent, must adhere to all listed rules and regulations.

• No outside alcohol will be allowed at any Kidd Field

Food Services. • Clients will be allowed to set up at 12PM on game-day. • Table linens are not included with purchase. • No glass containers are allowed on Kidd Field. • No unauthorized motorized vehicles on Kidd Field. • No grills of any kind are allowed on Kidd Field. • No inflatable games, karaoke or DJ’s are allowed at any Kidd Field tent party. Radios are allowed only with the volume at a respectable level. • UTEP Athletics will not permit any activities that are unsafe or deemed to be destructive to the tents or to Kidd Field and that are not appropriate for a family setting such as a UTEP football game. • Cancelation of a tent must be given to UTEP Athletics no later than five (5) business days prior to the selected event.* • A maximum of two (2) drop-off passes will be provided for each tent. • Drop-off passes can be picked up at the Miner Athletic Club office five (5) business days prior to the football

If you are interested in reserving a bar for your Kidd Field tent, please contact the Sodexo Food Services at 915-747-7455. game-day event. • Parking for Kidd Field tent guests is not included with tent purchase. • Tent locations will be assigned by the Miner Athletic Club on a first-come, first-serve basis. *This amount includes a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due upon signing of this contract. Credit card payments must be received in full no later than seven (7) working days prior to the game day event. Check payments must be received in full no later than 10 working days prior to the game day event. UTEP Athletics acts to ensure the safety of its fans and supporters during inclement weather. All decisions to open late, remain closed or close early will be made by the Director in conjunction with University officials. Decisions will rely on actual observed conditions rather than predictions. UTEP Athletics will thus reschedule your tailgate tent due to inclement weather.
