King and Queen Registration
Please fill out the attached form with your King’s and/or Queen’s names and the name of your church. Or submit the information via the online form in the Harvest Day information at www.campdixie.com. The money raised by your King and Queen will be contributed to the Camp Dixie Operational Budget and will go towards the ongoing ministry here at Camp Dixie. We are inviting any churches that want to do so to have a King and a Queen. It is not required to have both, but we recognize that in some churches it helps the overall fundraising effort. Funds raised by the King and Queen will be submitted together as a total amount from that church. The voting for the King and Queen will end at 12:00 p.m. and the crowning will take place at 1:00 p.m. Each King and Queen will receive a trophy. A picture of each King and Queen will be taken. There will be four divisions: A, B, C, and D. Prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winning King and Queen from each division, and to an overall Grand Winner. Each King & Queen will also receive a 50th Year commemorative t-shirt. Please indicate preferred Youth or Adult size below. Every participating church will receive one camptificate for a free week of camp in Summer 2018.
Please have your representative at Camp Dixie by 11:00 a.m. They should check into the old office in the main building upon arrival to meet with our photographer to have their photo taken.
