His Grace enables us to be heirs! • Titus 3:4-‐7 • 4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, • 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneraFon and renewing of the Holy Spirit, • 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that having been jusDfied by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Heirs of God or Heirs of Wrath
16 When He had been bapFzed, ……17 And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
• Ephesians 2:1-‐3 • 2 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, • 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

Abraham had simple Faith!!!
• 1 The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. • 2 "I will make you into a great naFon and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. • 3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever • 4 So Abram leg, as the LORD had told him; and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-‐five years old when he set out from Haran.

• His sacrifice of worship & service to God s will, ensured His inheritance!

Terms of the Inheritance There is always death involved in inheritance. Our human nature must die So that our new nature can emerge and live! LIFESTYLE OF WORSHIP: Mature to SONSHIP • Yield to the Holy Spirit s Work in you • DIE to you human nature (human tendencies)
• WITH THE HELP OF THE SPIRIT, we become mature sons. • No longer slaves (Pais) to sin • We are already HEIRS! • We begin worshipping God through serving His Will! • BECOME ABLE to receive the Inheritance!!!!
