COLUMN, BED, SADDLE 컬럼, 베드, 새들 컬럼 / COLUMN ・컬럼은 강력절삭에 적합하도록 상자형 구조로 되어 있으며 슬라이드면은 정밀연삭되어 주축헤드를 견고하게 지지하고 정확하게 안내할 수 있도록 하였습니다. (KMB-U7, KMB-U6의 컬럼은 열처리, 연마되어 있습니다.) ・The column is of a rugged box-type construction and its ground slide ways are wide to support and guide securely the spindle head. (The column of KMB-U7, KMB-U6 is hardened and ground.)
베드 / BED ・베드는 폐유탱크와 절삭유탱크로 구성된 이중상자형의 일체구조로써 열처리, 연마된 슬라이드면은 새들을 견고하게 지지할 수 있도록 제작되었습니다. ・The bed is composed of one piece construction with double box for lubricating oil and coolant. The hardened and ground slide ways of the bed provide high stability to the saddle.
새들 / SADDLE ・새들은 중절삭시의 하중에 견딜 수 있도록 되어 있으며 베드의 넓은 슬라이드 면에 의해 지지되어 안정된 이송을 보장합니다. ・The saddle has a rigid box-type construction to cope with loads during heavyduty cutting. It is supported by the wide slide ways of the bed to assure stable movement.
내마모성 슬라이드면 / B-PLASTIC ・전후 이송에 B-plastic을 부착하여 부드러운 이송과 내마모성을 강하게 하였습니다. ・B-PLASTIC (Anti-friction material) ensures the smooth movement of the axis.

FEED MECHANISM 이송 ・AC서보모터를 채용하여 볼륨 조작만으로 무단변속이 가능하며 이송속도가 콘트롤 박스에 눈금으로 표시되어 절삭이송중의 속도변환을 쉽게 할 수 있습니다. ・An AC servo motor is adopted for infinitely variable feed movement. Feed change by dial on a panel makes easier operation and appropriate choice of feed speed.
・볼 스 크 류 를 사 용 하 여 이 송 백 래 쉬 를 제거시켰으며 강성, 내마모성, 정밀도를 BALL SCREW 향상시켰습니다. ・High precision ball screws having double pre-loaded nut on each axis ensures smooth movement, accuracy and rigidity.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATOR AC SERVO MOTOR
・각 축 슬라이드면과 볼 스크류는 자동급유장치에 의해 급유 됩니다. ・The slideway and ballscrew of all axis are properly lubricated with automatic lubricator.
HEAD 헤드 유니버셜 헤드 UNIVERSAL BI-ROTARY HEAD ・유니버셜형의 헤드이므로 주축의 방향을 공작물의 요구각도와 맞춤으로써 어느 각도에서나 작업이 가능합니다. ・The universal bi-rotary head consisting of upper head and lower head can be turned to any desired angle. Therefore vertical, horizontal and combined angle milling is available.
M.P.G Handle (Optional) ・M.P.G Handle 채택으로 근접거리에서 작업 이 용이합니다. ・Electronic handwheel enables operator to access to the work piece for easier operation.
유압공구착탈 HYDRAULIC TOOL CLAMPING ・유압장치에 의한 공구착탈이 가능하므로 보턴 스위치 및 풋 스위치를 사용하여 작업자가 손쉽게 공구착탈을 할 수 있습니다. ・Universal bi-rotary head is fitted with hydraulic tool clamping. When a tool change is required, push button switch is used for a light tool, meanwhile pedal switch is used for a heavy tool. This saves the operator considerable time when a tool change is required.
주축 SPINDLE ・주축속도의 변환은 12~18단이며 헤드스톡에 있는 3개의 레버조정으로 주축변속이 가능합니다. 주축에 브레이크를 사용하여 기동, 정지시의 제어가 확실합니다. ・12~18 spindle speeds can be selected with three levers on the headstock. Electromagnetic brake fitted on the spindle.
