KWLL Registering Online Step by Step Guide
1) Navigate to www.kingwilliamlittleleague.org. 2) Click on the button at the top right hand corner of the website. 3) If you are a returning customer, type in your User Name and password into the available fields on the left side of the screen.
4) If you are a new user, fill in the fields shown on the right side of the screen and click Create New Account. (See below) All fields with a red * beside them are required.
5) The next screen will prompt you to key in your address information. (See below) All fields with a red * beside them are required.
6) The next screen that displays is the one that you use to key in general information related to ALL children that will be registering to play at King William Little League in the spring. All fields with a red * beside them are required. (See below) A couple of things to note: a. Key in the correct birth date. If you key in the wrong date, you will not be offered the correct division (i.e. TBall, Rookie, etc.) in a future step and will have to go back and fix it. b. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE CHILD CLICK ON ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT. Failure to do this will result in you having to pay the fundraising charge (Raffle) twice. In the case when this happens, you will need to contact support via
[email protected] in order to resolve the issue.
7) The next screen will show available divisions for the registrants. Please click in the check box beside their names to assign them to the divisions and click next.
8) The next screen will display the Shopping Cart details for the divisions that you chose for the registrants. Please note that the fee to play in the spring is a FLAT $60.00 per registrant. The additional cost that you see is for the required fundraiser which as in previous years is the raffle. If you register more than one child, a $50.00 discount will be applied to each additional child in a later step. a. For example if I register 2 children, the screen will show at subtotal of $220.00, but will the discount will subtract $50.00 in a later step, leaving you with a total fee of $170.00. 9) After you click next, the screen on the next page will display. This screen is all of the additional info that is required for each registrant. You will need to fill it out once for each registrant processed. All fields with a red * beside them are required.

10) The next screen that displays is related to volunteering. If you are interested in volunteering for the any of the programs, click on the select check box next to one of the roles and then click next. This step will initiate an e-mail to your contact address containing the King William Little League Volunteer forms. You will need to return these to a Board Member on Docs Day (TBA).
11) The next screen will prompt for any additional volunteer info. In most cases this will already be correct based on your contact information, but if you need to change any of the information this is where you do it. All fields with a red * beside them are required. ( If you do not volunteer for any positions, then this screen will not display).
12) The final screen that is displayed is the checkout screen. This screen (seen on the next page) will walk you through keying in credit card information and completing the registration process. It allows you to review your information one last time before submitting the registrants and processing payment against your credit card. By clicking on the button at the bottom of the screen you will have completed the registration process and are ready to play ball!
NOTE: Please note that at the top of the screen if you registered more than one child, a $50.00 family discount will display. This is the discount mentioned in step #8, which is used to verify that we are only charging the fundraising fee once per family.
