Eligibility: You must be a resident of the Lake Orion Community School District. You must be a high school senior obtaining post-secondary education within the next school year. (Proof of collage acceptance required before award is granted.) You must have participated in Lake Orion Youth Baseball in some capacity, either past or present (e.g. Player, Umpire, Coach, Board). Requirements: Complete the application below and include with your submission as cover page.
