SITE DETAILS: The property consists of 2 sites ranging from 10.1 - 35 acres. Parcel “A” is approximately 35.07 acres of rail-served land, with access from Poplar Lane on the west side and Mountain View Lane on the east side. Parcel “B” consists of approximately 10.1 acres south of Poplar Lane.

The site is outside of the FEMA 100 year flood zone.
