Event will be held rain or shine. Friday Night on Site Registration and Check-In will be in the O’Connell’s Bar and Pub, 769 Asp Ave Norman, OK. There is a discounted Spaghetti Dinner for anyone that comes by for registration.

USA Cycling Event Permit #2013-765 Sunday MARCH 10th, 2013 Races will be held rain or shine. Primes will be offered on criterium laps. Mechanical support is neutral. Medical Support will be available.
—Medals will be awarded for #1, #2 and #3 positions. Promoter reserves all rights. Fields without adequate numbers will be combined. Centerline rule is in effect at all times during the TTT and RR. Directions: —RR/TTT —- Intersection of SE 104th St & W. Stanley Draper dr., Oklahoma City, OK for staging and parking in Marina Lot area. —Criterium— Intersection of Jenkins Ave & Congress St. Norman OK -Race numbers will be on the back and right sides. -On site registration opens 1 hr before the race and closes 20 minutes before the start of each race. —FRIDAY REGISTRATION will be at the Oklahoma Memorial Union, 900 Asp Ave in the food court area.
The Criterium will be in Research Park just East of the Lloyd Noble Center. Parking will be available near the start/finish line. The course is 1.1 miles with mostly smooth roads. Awards are directly after races and food will be provided. Women C
