Lead Criteria Before we can start the lead generation in your area we’ll need some additional information from you. Please fill out the section below to determine the quantity, location, and type of leads you want. For location, your can choose to receive leads only in the state you currently reside, or you can include any other states that you’re licensed in. The number of leads we’ll be able to generate for you each month will depend greatly on the population of the areas you are taking leads. You have the option of choosing to take a maximum of 5 leads per month, or we’ll generate you as many as we can get each month. Finally, when you’re enrolled in the lead program, you are committing to taking our “Premier” leads. But you will also have the chance to receive our $50 “Standard” leads. These Standard leads are 100% exclusive, have been educated on cash value life insurance, and have filled out a blueprint requesting to speak with one of our agents. The only difference in the “Standard” lead is that we do not speak with them on the phone to do the preliminary fact find… a process that we do complete with every “Premium” lead. (for more information regarding the 2 lead types, please refer to the member’s website) Once leads are available that meet your criteria, they will be sent to you via email.

IMPORTANT: If at any point you need to stop or suspend the lead generation in your area, you are required to give us a 14 day written notice. Please be aware that you will remain eligible to receive leads for the two weeks following your written request.

Guidelines for Replacing/Crediting Leads In the rare case that you are provided with a “Premium” lead you’re unable to reach, (and you have completed and tracked the required follow-up steps listed below) we will evaluate for a lead credit. There are no credits for “Standard” Leads. **Please do not ask for credits for people you’ve already spoken with. The lead crediting process is for leads you can’t get a hold of after using the follow up steps listed below ** Here are the guidelines for crediting leads: -

Step 1: Make First Phone Call -- As soon as you receive a lead, you must make an outbound phone call to the prospect to confirm their request (and schedule appointment) within 24 hours (weekends 48 hours). Step 2: Send First Email -- Send an email to confirm the appointment – or to introduce yourself if you were not able to reach the prospect on the initial phone call Step 3: Continue the Sales Process -- If you are unable to reach the prospect, you are required to make 3-5 Phone Calls and send 3-5 Emails over the course of 14 days. Step 4: Send Letter – If after 2 weeks you are still not able to reach the prospect, send them a letter in the mail along with the prospect information form that they filled out online and that was emailed to you by TFA Step 5: Track Your Progress -- You are required to track and log your attempts to contact each prospect and to send us this information when requesting a credit. Step 6: We will verify this information with the Lead--Once we have received your request for a replacement lead, we will attempt to contact and either re-qualify the lead or verify that the lead has been contacted. If we are unsuccessful at contacting the lead, we will send the documentation and the recording of the verified lead to Ethan for review. We will then notify you if you will receive the replacement lead.

Note: Agents who request multiple credits within a short time frame will be evaluated and we reserve the right to remove them from the lead program
