About Lehigh Wrestling Camps Our systematic camp approach will teach and reinforce championship caliber techniques for your wrestler to be more successful. Campers have the opportunity to learn from some of the best technicians in the country and further develop the mental aspect of the sport through proven match strategies and the LEHIGH philosophy. 4 days spent blending basic technique lessons and fun activities for a younger crowd
Grades K-6; Lunch will NOT be provided
Technique Camp

Intensity Camp

This program will include 80% top-flight instruction and 20% combat with live evaluation This camp is geared towards more experienced wrestlers. They will be physically and mentally challenged, while still learning and perfecting techniques through hard repetitive drilling.
Ideal for ages 8-18
Ideal for grades 8-12
Early registration rates for Technique and Intensity Camps are available until June 10, 2017.
