Lehman’s Track & Field Assistants Help Elevate Lightning To National Status Hard work and dedication have turned the Lehman College women’s track program into one of the most successful programs of its kind in the nation. In the past four seasons, Head Coach Lesleigh Hogg’s program has earned 37 Division III All-American honors and two NCAA second-place finishes and captured two NCAA individual
national championships. These accomplishments have done much to build the program's reputation, but a pivotal development in building the actual program was made two seasons ago, when Coach Hogg decided to hire two of the top assistant coaches in Division III. The additions of Lyndon George and Kirk Roberts as assistant coaches have
