LENAWEE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE Date of Original RFP: April 15, 2016 Date of Addendum Number One: April 27, 2016 Due Date for Bids: 11:00 AM, EST, May 6, 2016 (no change) The LISD has received the following questions regarding the above-referenced request for bids. The District’s responses are included after the question. 1) Do you have an estimated enrollment for each of the districts that are part of the ISD? LISD Response: Total is about 15,300 students. Estimated student count per local district:  Addison - 855  Adrian - 2,963  Blissfield - 1,186  Britton Deerfield - 664  Clinton - 1,070  Hudson - 935  Lenawee ISD - 552 (also have approximately 1,000 CTE students counted with other districts)  Madison - 1,601  Morenci - 699  Onsted - 1,386  Sand Creek - 895  Tecumseh - 2,942 2) Pages 19-27: Lenawee Intermediate School District, Learning Management System Bid Form #2. a) Can the district provide the included rubric as a word or excel file for vendors to input responses? LISD Response: Yes, the reference rubric will be uploaded to the LISD website bids page as an MS Word file that can be edited by respondents and is also attached to this email; along with bid form #1. b) Can the district confirm which section they prefer this form to reside in the RFP response (Detailed Responses?). LISD Response: That is up to the respondent, however, the detailed responses section seems like a reasonable place to include this information. As long as the information is provided, the District will not evaluate the response based on the location of the document in the proposal. 3) Page 13: 4. Bidder response forms w/proposed fees (Identified as “Appendix A”). a) Can the district confirm if Appendix A is the same as “Form #1” on page 17-18? LISD Response: Yes, those are the same documents. This was a mistake.

4) Pages 17-18: Lenawee Intermediate School District, Learning Management System Bid Form #1. a) Can the district provide this form as a word or excel file for vendors to input responses? LISD Response: See the response above in question 2a above. 5) Would it be okay to bid for this even if I am based in India? Will I be straight away rejected for location reason? LISD Response: We would not reject any proposal based solely on the location of the company so long as our working with them is permissive by law. However, we will evaluate all proposals against our rubric and will also have to consider the impact of international law on any contractual arrangement with the selected vendor.
