Eligibility Requirements Eligibility Requirements Babe Ruth League Inc. Rules and Regulations specify that each chartered league of Babe Ruth League, Inc. Shall be eligible for representation in tournament play provided the league has complied with the following requirements on or before the specified dates. (Reference Tournament Regulations 11.01‐1 a‐g.) ¾Registered with Headquarters as per League Regulation 0.01‐2 ¾ Geographical boundaries are on file as per League Regulation 0.01‐5 ¾ Teams covered by Group Accident Insurance as per Regulation 0.01‐6 ¾ Teams covered by League Liability Insurance as per Regulation 0.01‐6 ¾ Filed Filed Team Team Rosters Rosters as as per per League League Regulation Regulation 0. 0 04 ‐3 3 ¾ Filed League Schedule as per League Regulation 0.04‐3 ¾ Conformed with Team Composition as per League Regulation 0.05‐1.a ¾ Babe Ruth League, Inc. rostered managers and coaches are required to complete coaching education ¾ Complied with State and Regional rules and regulations as established by said State and Regional Commissioners. NOTE: After this Letter of Eligibility is issued, at any time upon discovery, Babe Ruth League, Inc. (President, Vice President or Commissioner) has the power at its sole discretion to disqualify a tournament team whose league is found to have not properly fulfilled any items listed above. Should Babe Ruth League, Inc. take this action, the last tournament game played shall be forfeited per Babe
Ruth Rule 11.03, paragraph 2. If the league is declared ineligible, all players representing the league shall become ineligible.

This form must be completed and signed by the designated official in order to be valid for each level of play. This form is considered a credential necessary for tournament play. Consent for Treatment forms are required for the first level of competition. Wherever the word “State” is used, the word “Provincial” or “Territory” may be substituted as applicable . e to y ay be subst tuted as app cab e
Before you play your first game in the tournament trail Enter your tournament team information online. You will need a digital photo of your team in uniform with only rostered players, 2 coaches and the manager. The photo and your sign up online will help host sites from State play to the World Series have your team’s information for the program books and online scoring. Also, this will help with the Headquarters staff to contact the Team Manager for World Series Travel. No World Series Travel can be booked unless this online form is completed. All levels of play regardless of age groups not going to the World Series should complete. Check out the link to the League Resources Page of the www.baberuthleague.org website.
