libraries rock! summer contest
LIBRARIES ROCK! SUMMER CONTEST Do you have what it takes to create an original song? Students in three age categories: Preschool through grade 4; Grades 5 through 7; Grades 8 through 12 are encouraged to enter the “Libraries Rock!” summer contest! Three winners in each category with cash prizes of $25, $35, and $50 each. Four formats possible! Tune up those vocal chords, keyboards, and pencils and enter an original song - written instrumental song, written song lyrics, or recorded song (instrumental or with lyrics). Check age categories and formats on entry form. Deadline for all format submissions: Monday, August 1 by 9:00 pm. Winners will be announced at the Summer Reading Finale on Saturday, August 18 at 12:30 pm.
