Our NCARB* certified architects are tuned to listen to and discern your church’s needs and devise creative design solutions to maximize your resources and achieve the most growth for your construction dollar. Even after a suitable floor plan has been established, there are thousands of decisions remaining during your project’s design and construction. We give careful attention to decisions made as the working drawings are developed knowing that each one can impact the performance of your building for years to come. In addition to the drawings, we create a quality set of specifications tailored to each project. Benefiting from years of refinement and constant updating, our specifications guide the contractor to carry out the construction with the kind of quality and craftsmanship that meet our high standards With great attention to detail, we skillfully work to reduce the number and cost of change orders issued during construction. Recent analysis shows that our projects average less than two percent of the construction cost in change orders. We diligently exercise a standard of care and attention to detail that is appropriate for a building that will bring glory to God and represent your church to the community.
