1. Make up Carte D'Or Light Strawberry Jelly as per pack instructions (50g powder to 250ml water). Leave to cool completely 2. BISCUIT BASE: Mix Marvello Full Fat Margarine and crushed biscuits together. Lightly press into ring tin and place in the fridge to set 3. Whip Carte D'Or Reduced Sugar Instant Strawberry Dessert and milk in a food mixer, as per pack instructions 4. Add cold jelly, cottage cheese, lemon juice and rind to instant dessert and fold through gently 5. Sppon over biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge 6. Unmould and decorate with slices of fresh strawberries and a mint sprig
