Ice Scheduler: Kris DuPuis  Putting February ice on team calendars by the end of the weekend  Outdoor ice will be ready by end of December  Auto-ice is working well, only suggestion would be too many back-to-back games Gambling Managers: Troy Crowell & Josh Martin  Josh will be taking the gambling class and license exam next week  Backup callers needed for Bingo on Monday nights

High School Coach: Brad Stepan  High School Players will give back to the community in various activities/projects at RCC  Roughly 66 kids trying out for team next year  Shooting clinic, defensemen clinic and power skating instruction is being offered, outside of STP  Meeting with Gatorade on a possible sponsorship Boys BlueLine President: Steve Levandowski  Discussing revenue stream and collaboration with RAHA  Providing development opportunities for Bantams and possibly expand to PeeWees  Alumni Game scheduled for December 24, 2016  Two jersey nights have been scheduled, will get dates on the RAHA site Board Member Updates (Committee Reports)

Coaches Committee: Andy Proshek  Review of non-parent coaches pay  Several coaches have not fulfilled their coaching requirements, due on 12/31

Girls Committee: Jen Heusinkveld and Jason Edgar Motion: to allocate 170 DIBS hours to the Booster members for the 2016-2017 season. Motioned by Jen Heuskinveld, Second by Chris Jones. Motion passes: 13-0 Player Development Committee: Jeff Tuccitto  Working with traveling coaches and development ideas

Recommendation to coaches that Bantam and PeeWee level kids should be doing dryland Junior Gold Program is setup and running Player development at-large meeting scheduled for mid-season

Goalie Committee: Chris Jones  Goalie and Coaches are signed up with Premier Goalie Training  Discussion on “Try Goalie for Free” day Fundraising Committee: Chris Noonkesser  Gertens fundraiser is done  Scrip is going well  Raffle program will not take place this year

Arena Experience Committee:  Working on banner consolidation and new pennants in the January timeframe Tournament Committee:  Working with Boosters on past and upcoming tournaments  1/21 – Mini Mite Jamboree in Woodbury  2/25 – Hosting Woodbury for the Mini Mite Jamboree  RAHA asked to host 2018 District Tournament – Proposal for Bantam C level  RAHA hosting 2017 District Tournament – PWB2 level Officers Committee: Craig Nelson  The sound system at Carbones has been installed  Additional ice discussion IP Committee: Marc Tobias  IP Extra started last week  IP Teams are up and running Current Business

New Business Mid-Season Surveys:  Communication Committee will send mid-season questions to BoD for review prior to sending survey  Surveys should be sent in December District Update:  Teams need to notify Board if they are opting out of District Playoffs  Need a backup to attend the District meeting on 12/21, 7pm, for Dan Nicklay Announcements


