Longitudinal Analysis Report
Longitudinal Analysis Report The Longitudinal Analysis Report shows how Exam Takers (ETs) performed in categories that appeared on exams over a period of time. It allows Exam Managers (EMs) to conduct a deeper analysis of ET’s performance to determine patterns of success to make more accurate predictions about student ability, and to develop appropriate interventions. This report is important in determining the academic growth of ETs, and it provides key achievement data for accountability purposes.

The third step is the Exam Taker filter. The specific categories to display on this report can be chosen through the dropdown menu. Categories chosen through User Preferences will be pre-selected. Specific ETs can be chosen to be included in this report.
The Longitudinal Analysis Report provides support for: 1. Counseling ETs on areas of strength and improvements 2. Learning Outcomes Documentation 3. Programmatic Evaluations 4. Blueprinting Structures 5. Instructional Methodologies 6. Accreditation Compliance Evidence
At this step, you can choose to display the following items on the report:
Raw Score with % Items with Zero Point Value Partial Credit Items Category Full Path (Representing the category structure)

Select the ‘Longitudinal Analysis’ Tab.

The Longitudinal Category Report wizard will open with three steps to create your analysis. Step 1: Exam Filter Step 2: Category Filter Step 3: Exam Taker Filter

The first step is the Exam Filter. Here you select the time frame in which your exams were posted for the ETs, by which Exam Manager(s), and the Course Name(s).

The second step is the Category Filter. Here you select the exams you would like to appear on this report based on the categories that were administered on the exams.

Select ‘Run Report’.

The Longitudinal Report will appear at the bottom of the page.

To export an individual ETs Longitudinal Report, select the User ID (it is a hyperlink).

The ETs information will open in a new window.
The Category Filter allows you to select the exams that include specific categories. You can customize the report to display categories that appear on a set number of exams and that include a specific number of items assigned in the selected exams. 10. The reports may be exported to Excel and CSV. Click on the icons at the top left of the report screens.
