CASH BAR Your guests may order their own beverages according to Alexander’s Café pricing. They will then be in charge of paying their own drink tab.
EVENT SERVICES & CONDITIONS All event packages include the following: Unlimited sodas, coffee, and iced tea Personal event planner to make everything a success Personalized menus Menu Selections Menu selections are due no later than five days prior to the event. If your menus have not been selected within the seven days, we hold the right to create a menu for you. Final Guest Count Final guest count is due three days prior to your event. Charges to the final bill with reflect this number. Tax and Gratuity The current sales tax will be applied to your final bill. The gratuity charge is 20% and will be added to your final bill Payment Deposit for event is due at the time of contract. For parties of 20 guests or more a deposit of $50 is required to reserve the space and staff appropriately. Deposits are refundable if event is cancelled before 48 hours of scheduled time.
