Dear Parent/Carer, Thank you for the prompt return of your Active Learning Programme choice sheet. I am writing to inform you that your child has been included on the list of those pupils who will be going on Fashion Week. The total price is £50.00. A holding deposit of £20.00 to secure the place is required by 1st December 2016. Please complete the permission slip attached to this letter and return it as confirmation of your child’s place on the trip. Further details about the activities included in the Fashion Week programme will be given to your child early in the New Year. A schedule of the payments to ParentPay is as follows and access to ParentPay, acts as your receipt. Deposit

I am obliged to point out that as the visit will take place in school hours, there is no legal obligation for full contribution payments. Redmoor Academy may be able to help families in receipt of free school meals. All other financial questions relating to the trips should be directed to Mrs J Sulley. We must point out however, that unless we receive your support the visit may not proceed. Thank you for your support. Parents should understand that places on the visit will be subject to a pupil’s appropriate behaviour. If a child’s behaviour deteriorates during the year, then parents will be informed immediately that the place allocated will be at risk. If there is no marked improvement in behaviour or there is a serious isolated incident, then after full consideration, the child will be withdrawn. Yours sincerely,
