Conditioning Agility Sprints With Vertical Jumps - sprint from free throw line to backboard, as you approach backboard jump off of inside foot(like a layup) and jump as high as possible. When you land sprint back to free throw line. Cut on the free throw line back towards the hoop and repeat for the desired reps. Alternate the leg you jump off.
2:1 rest between sets(rest twice as long as it took you to do the 6 reps)
