ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Attach the flywheel cover(12) to the main frame(1) with two ∮10X∮5.2X1 flat washers(48)and two M5x10 crosshead screws (52). Fix Left front end cap(13) 、Left rear end cap(14) 、Right rear end cap(15)to the main frame(1)with two ∮10x∮5.2x1flat washers(48)and two M4x15 crosshead bolts(41).

Using four ∮ 20x ∮ 10.5x1.5 flat washers(40) and four M10x40 bolts (39) to attache the Base support(2) to Left handlebar support(3) and Right handlebar support(4).

Step 3: Attache the Main frame(1) to the Left handlebar support(3) and Right handlebar support(4) with two ∮20x∮ 10.5x1.5 flat washers ( 40 ) and two M10x50 bolts(44) 3

Cover both the M10x50 bolts(44) with Nut caps#17(65).

Attach the Triangular knob(24) to the hole in Left handlebar support(3) Coonect the Wire Ⅱ (31) with Sensor box(32)

Attach the top handlebar(5) to the Left handlebar support(3) and Right handlebar support (4) with two handlebar cover(46)and handlebar cover(45)

Connect the Wire Ⅰ (30) in Front handlebar(6) to the WireⅡ(31);

Attach the Front handlebar(6) to the Left handlebar support(3) and Right handlebar support (4) with two ∮16x∮8.5x1.5 arc washers(50) and two M8x35 screws(51) .

Step 5: Attache the Computer(6) to the sheet on the Front handlebar(6) with two M4x12 screws(64).

Connect the Wire connector(28) to WireⅠand the hole in Computer(27).
Step 6 1. Swith the Adjustment knob(8) to level 1. 2.Put Screw D of Adjustment wire(34)in the hole E; 3. Put A of Adjustment wire(34)in the hole F. Swith the Adjustment knob(8) to level 8. 4.Tighten Adjustment wire(34) until the width between the Magnetic rack(37) and flywheel is 2-3mm.tighten the Screw D with Nut B and C.

■ FUNCTION BUTTONS: 1. MODE: Press it to select functions. 2. SET: Press to set function value as exercise target. 3. RESET: Press to reset function value respectively. ■ FUNCIONS: 1. SCAN: Press MODE button until the arrow appears at SCAN position, computer will rotate through all the functions: Time, Speed, Distance, Calorie, total distance and Pulse (If have). Each function will display for 6 seconds. 2. SPEED: Display current speed. 3. DISTANCE: Count the distance from exercise start to end. 4. TIME: Count the total time from exercise start to end. 5. ODO: Count the total distance after installing the batteries. 6. CAL: Count the total calories from exercise start to end. 7. PULSE (IF HAVE): Display your current heartbeat percent minute when you hold the sensor on the handle. 8. AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP: Without any signal for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. As long as the wheel is in motion or any button is pressed , the computer would be in action. NOTE: The computer can be programmed before delivery with Metric or Imperial system. If you find “M” in right side of monitor screen (perhaps on the bottom of the computer or on the carton of computer), it’s with Imperial system and the unit will be Mile.
