MAHA MEMBERSHIP Membership encourages MAHA families to actively support all home events. Each family must pay an annual membership fee to join MAHA. In addition to funding administrative internal costs, your annual membership entitles immediate family members (includes children ages 19 & under--if not graduated from high school) to unlimited entrance to all regular* season home MAHA activities which includes high school games and home tournaments for each level. *Cards are not valid for district/regional playoffs. If your family has more than one MAHA player, you pay membership fee just once for the year.
2007/2008 REGISTRATION FEES Registration and membership fees partially cover the costs of insurance, equipment, coaching and referees.

New Players Mini Mites Mites Squirt 12U Girls *Peewees *Bantams **High School Players *Peewee and Bantam players must provide a verification/photocopy of passing sports physical within the past two years before allowed to participate in practice or games. **High School players will abide by the high school regulations for sport physicals and are responsible to provide their documentation to the high school.
VOLUNTEER HOURS OPTION A: Work Volunteer Hours
New Families – 10 hours One skater – 25 hours Two skaters – 37.5 hours Three or more skaters – 43.75 hours
Of the required volunteer hours, a minimum of 7 hours per family must be concession hours. Hours must be completed from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Hours not completed during the season must be paid at $10.00 per hour. OPTION B: Buy-out at $10 per hour FUNDRAISING Fundraising helps cover the costs of equipment, ice time, and operation/maintenance of the ice facility. Fundraising will consist of “Puck Bucks” coupon books, which will be sold for $10.00 per book. Each book contains over $500.00 worth of coupons. The coupon books will be distributed the night of Registration. 1st player $250 = 25 books 2nd player $150 = 15 books 3rd player $100 = 10 books 4th player no commitment Mini Mites and 1st year players $100 = 10 books (Mini Mites will count as the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th player in multiple player families).
Burger King debit cards will be available this year beginning the night of registration. Debit cards valued at $10 will be available for purchase on the night of Registration for $6 each. If you choose to sell the tickets, you keep the 40% profit! Please contact Brenda Mikel at

OLD EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHECKED IN AND NEW EQUIPMENT CHECKED OUT THE NIGHT OF REGISTRATION. This is the only equipment date set. Those families who checked out equipment electronically disregard this notice.

Players needing equipment above the Squirt level can check on availability with the equipment coordinator after registration night. Equipment check-out at the higher levels is on a first come basis, depending on inventory levels. Contact Bruce Hanson, 828-1896. GOALIES should try on their existing pads to see if a larger size is needed. Stop by the equipment room for exchanges.
SKATE LEASE PROGRAM Get rid of the hassles of selling old skates and buying skates that are too big this year so they will fit next year. The skate lease program available for Mini-Mites, Mites, Girls 10U, Squirts and Girls 12U. Skates sizes available include junior sizes 11-13.5 and 1-5.5. For a $30 fee, your skater can wear a pair of quality skates for this season. At the end of the season, you turn the skates in to MAHA.
