Preparation 1. Wash and clean squid, wipe dry. Mark criss-cross pattern and cut into pieces. Soft tofu cut into pieces.

2. Mix squid with sugar, chopped chilli, cornstarch, Knorr chicken powder and Knorr mala chilli liquid seasoning for 10 mins. Then add on top of tofu.

3. Steam for 15 mins, sprinkle with chopped spring onion & serve.
