Gibbs High School graduating seniors, our annual community Baccalaureate Service will be held at Clear Springs Baptist Church at 2:30pm. Chris Walker, former UT football player, will be speaking this year! Wear your cap and gown to this service. We hope to see you all there! Today’s the last day to sign-up for the “Mother-Daughter-Friend Banquet” Tuesday at 6:45pm at the Jubilee Center on Callahan Road. The cost is $15 per person which is due TODAY. It’s a “come as you are” event, dresses not necessary, as we know some will be coming from work. A full meal is planned. Shonna Kidwell will be speaking!
If you are a small group or fellowship group leader, please plan to attend the “Enrichment Dinner” on Tuesday, May 15th at 7pm in the fellowship hall. This important meeting will be a time of encouragement, vision, and recognition. If you cannot attend this dinner, please contact Pastor Sean. Lifetouch Photography will be coming May 15th to do the new church directory. See or call Nick Wright to get signed up to have your picture made for the directory. Sign starting today! MEN’S RETREAT - SAVE THE DATES ~ JUNE 14TH THRU JUNE 16TH. The Men’s Retreat will be at Cross Point Retreat from Thursday night dinner till about lunchtime Saturday, so you will be home in time to celebrate Father’s Day with your family on Sunday. COKER CREEK SUMMER CAMP Graveston Students will be traveling to Coker Creek for Summer Camp this year on June 18th ~ 22nd! It will be an incredible week for spiritual growth, fun activities, and lots more. Upcoming 6th~12th grade student that would like to attend, register online at graveston.org. Our Men’s Meeting is every Wednesday night in the Fellowship Hall at 7pm. We want to invite all men, ages 18 and up, to come join us! The Nursery is open for ALL services in room 105. The Nursery is for babies to potty-trained. We need helpers, please see Anne Harrell for more information. Wee Church is open Sunday mornings 9:45 & 11:00 in room 112, Wee Church is for potty-trained to Pre-K. We need helpers, please see Logan Zavels for more information. The Women’s Group meets the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall or at homes that would like to host the meeting. Join us for this time of fellowship! See Michelle Watson, Lisa Nocus, Sara Knight, or Lori Wyrick with questions. If you are a church member and would like to rent our facilities (the Barn, Student Center, or Main Building) a $50 cleaning fee will be due, and the proper forms must be filled out and returned to the church before the requested date can be entered on the calendar.
