Sale by Auction A sale by public auction is arguably one of the most exciting, effective and rewarding methods of buying and selling property and is seen by many as the ultimate indication of the true value of the property on the day.
A Marketing program must support an Auction. We can tailor a campaign to suit your property. If the property is sold prior to Auction unused advertising funds will be refunded.
Ray White runs a series of auctions during the year to take advantage of the 500,000 visitors we get annually. The auctions are normally held Saturday mornings at the Ray White Four Mile Office, or on site. The Auctioneer fee is $330 plus the title search is $25.
