The properties have already been registered with the NHBC and can be built under 2010 building regulations, however the purchaser will need to make their own application to the NHBC should they require a warranty and the initial notice for their plot can be transferred as appropriate.

The boundaries of the plots for sale will be co-ordinated and pegged prior to legal completion and ground levels will be provided at a level suitable for the approved planning consent.
