FABRICATOR XRP The complete plate processing system with independent sub-axes drilling technology – designed to produce complex parts, to finished quality, straight off the table. The Fabricator XRP is Farley Laserlab’s flagship, next generation complete plate processing system, designed to achieve a new level of production efficiency. It combines the very best cutting, marking and drilling technologies to produce complex parts without the need for 2 nd and 3rd operations. This flexible, user-friendly, multi-carriage, multi-torch machine is for the big industry players looking for a fully automated, integrated system that eliminates downtime between processes, is simple enough for one operator to setup and run and provides an impressive return on investment. While achieving the very best cutting performance from Hypertherm’s new HPR400XD HyDefinition plasma systems (capable of piercing 50mm MS), it is the innovative sub-axes drilling capability that sets a new industry standard.

Sub-axes for accurate, faster machining times The Fabricator XRP delivers faster machining times because the sub-axes allows the drill head to reposition the tool for continuous, uninterrupted machining - without retracting the clamp and without moving the machine main axis. Advantages of the sub-axes technology: Drilling speed can be increased by 100%. Milling operations now give the operator the choice of drilling or machining large diameter holes or slots. Ability to accurately machine diameters up to 350mm, while plate is clamped.

Precision cutting & marking systems With the new Hypertherm HPR400XD HyDefinition plasma system and 5-axis bevel head, oxy-fuel and marking options, parts are cut to finished quality, eliminating the need for further processing – saving time and money.
