Meet the Coaches Allison Sletager (Head Coach) This fall will mark Coach Allison’s second year as head coach here at MVHS. Previous to coaching for the Mavs Allison coached at Bishop Kelly High School, where she spent 3 years as the varsity assistant, and two as the head coach, before making the switch to MVHS. She also coaches club, where she is the head coach of the Boise Volleyball Club’s 15’s team. She has been with BVC for 3 years as a head coach. Coach Allison attends yearly coaching clinics, and has been coaching for over 7 years. A former BSU volleyball player Coach Allison is also a 3-time Idaho State Champion, winner of 5 National Qualifiers, and a 5-time Junior Olympic attendee/ participant.

Coach #2 (Varsity Assistant) Leslie Younger was the Assistant Varsity coach at Mt. View Fall 2015. Leslie played volleyball at Reynolds High School in Oregon for all 4 years, and then competed for the University of Oregon Women's Club team in college. She has also coached at her former high school for several years throughout college, as well as coached at both the freshmen and JV levels for 5 years at Nampa High School. Coach #3 (Head JV Coach)

Tera Hudson is in her 2nd year coaching the Mavs Junior Varsity team in volleyball and has had over 11 years of coaching experience at all levels in volleyball, basketball, and loves running. She has competed in club teams, college athletics, and recreational teams for over 20 years. Tera is part of the coaching staff and values the skill and

Coach # 4 (Freshman Head Coach) Maddie Lewis graduated from Mountain View High School, and played two years at Treasure Valley Community College where she studied Sociology and Psychology. Once graduating from TVCC with her associates, she transferred to Boise State and got her first coaching job here at MVHS as the freshman head coach this last fall. She led the Freshman team to win the first district championship title for Freshman Volleyball. Coach #5 (Varsity Assistant) Ashley Goodell has been playing volleyball for over 15 years. She started and maintained the Boise State Club Volleyball team, and has been coaching for the last 7 years with both club and school volleyball programs. She and coach Allison coached at Bishop Kelly together for several years where they had a very successful program. Coach #6 (Sophomore Head Coach) Angie Vetter has been involved with volleyball has for many years. Angie played and coached at a variety of levels. Recently, she left coaching at UNLV, started her own volleyball club in Las Vegas, and ran a very successful program. She is still coaching but has taken a small step back in order to be more of a mom to her two boys. Angie loves the game and loves sharing her knowledge with others! Other Camp Coaches TBA!!
