ANNOUNCEMENTS Greetings Friends and Guests! Welcome to the Church of the Open Door! To first time guests, we extend a special welcome. We are committed to preaching the gospel and walking in the footsteps of Jesus. With the help of God, we strive to live by the teachings of Jesus Christ and to be led by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We hope the worship service is enjoyable and profitable for you. We have an allergy-free room available. Please ask one of the ushers for assistance.

NEED HELP HEARING THE SERMON? Hearing enhancing devices are available at the sound booth for your convenience. These devices are FM receivers, which gives you the sermon directly to your ear through ear buds. Sunday Evening Fellowship: This Sunday Evening the food theme will be “Fellowship Meal.” Bring a casserole, salad, or dessert. NEXT WEEK: “Snacks Only.” Kansas for Life: Don’t forget to get your baby bottle. They are in the baskets by the doors in the foyer. Fill them with spare change/bills and return on Father’s Day. Reminder to Greeters: Nothing creates a positive 'first impression' for visitors or a warm 'family feeling' for members than does a friendly, helpful, Greeting Team to meet folks as they first arrive. To do your part in this important ministry, please be sure to be 'on station' no less than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of Sunday school and/or Church Service. Thank you for your support! Reminder to Lock-Up Teams: Team members are required to ensure that the Church building is secured, with all lights, faucets, and point-ofuse appliances (coffee pots, area heaters, etc.) turned off, after all scheduled Sunday morning and evening activities. If you are not participating in the given activity, you must either coordinate directly with a specific person who will complete the lock-up requirements or come to the church to complete the requirements at the conclusion of the activity. If you will be traveling to the church after the activity is completed to secure the building, please coordinate with one of the Pastors or with the person in charge of the given activity, so that they know the required actions will be taken; also in such a situation, please plan to arrive at the church as soon as possible after conclusion of the activities, so that your responsibilities are satisfied in a timely manner. Securing the building following other activities conducted in the church (AWANA, Youth Group, weddings, etc.) will be the responsibility of the hosting person unless lock-up has been specifically coordinated/requested. Thank you! Baptism Ceremony: Congratulations and blessings to Kara Todd and Dan Winton who are stepping out in obedience and following Jesus in believer’s baptism today. Don’t miss their testimony inserts!

Fill My Cup Like the woman at the well, I was seeking For things that could not satisfy. And then I heard my Savior speaking— “Draw from My well that never shall run dry.” Fill my cup, Lord; I lift it up Lord; Come and quench this thirsting of my soul. Bread of Heaven, feed me till I want no more. Fill my cup, fill it up and make me whole. There are millions in this world who are seeking For pleasures earthly goods afford. But none can match the wondrous treasure That I find in Jesus Christ my Lord. So my brother if the things that this world gives you Leave hungers that won’t pass away, My blessed Lord will come and save you If you kneel to Him and humbly pray—
