Maynard Court Originally constructed as the office and factory for William Grimm and Sons Carriages, Maynard Court has been an integral part of downtown Victoria since its inception in the late 1880s. In 1977, the building received a comprehensive restoration from visionary Victorian resident and heritage advocate Michael Williams. Since this restoration, Maynard Court has received a number of further upgrades and remains an excellent example of Victoria’s historical past.
