This Contemplated Change Order forms part of the Contract Documents and is to be read, interpreted and coordinated with all other parts. Work related to this Contemplated Change Order shall not proceed until written authorization is issued. Provide a detailed breakdown of the additional cost or savings including, material costs, labour times and rates, along with all applicable taxes, permits, licensing fees, bonding, and any additional costs as maybe affected by this change.

Description:

In response to RFI #001 - Existing Ductwork Conflict 1. Revise Cubby layout as per ASK-005 R1. The western duct is to be located in Cubby 251. Ensure access to the western duct is maintained in east and south walls with paint grade plywood access panel. Ensure that eastern duct enclosure aligns with edge of workstation desk. 2. Revise accent carpet layout and paint walls of eastern duct P-2 as per ASK-006 R1. 3. Revise gypsum ceiling and pot light locations for Cubbies as per ASK-007 R1. Change fixture south of eastern duct from a 2x4 fixture to a 2x2 fixture as per ASK-007 R1 and ECCN 03. 4. Revise Cubby Elevations as per ASK-008 R1. 5. Add Booth banquette section detail #4 and fabric specification as per ASK-008 R1. 6. Revise lighting and electrical as per attached ECCN 03. 7. Revise all Type S pendant lights in all Zones per attached ECCN 03.

This is not an authorization for extra work. Contractor is to prepare an estimate of the change to the amount of the contract and submit it to the Engineer as soon as possible. Unless authorized by Change Order, if work proceeds, it is at Contractor’s own risk.

Reason for change: Architectural changes to Cubby Rooms. Overview of Changes: - Delete one (1) booth at the West side of Cubby 249. - Add one (1) booth at North wall of Cubby Rooms. New booth to be typical power and lighting layout as adjacent booths. - Change one 2’x4’ fixture to 2’x2’ in Open Office area to accommodate mechanical ducts. - Revise ceiling at East side of Cubby 254 to extend drywall further east. Update pot light layout to suit revised ceiling. Description of Changes: Zone A: Lighting: -

Change one light type A to type D. Light to be changed is middle fixture the Westmost row of the Open Office Area closest to the Cubby Room 251. Revise locations of four (4) type E1 pot lights East of Cubby Room 251 to be spaced 4’10” East to West and 3’0” North to South in a rectangular layout centered on the revised drywall ceiling.

Zone B: Lighting: -

Revise location of one (1) type E1 pot light west of Cubby 249 to the new booth along North wall of the Cubby Rooms.

All Zones: Type S light to be Tech Lighting Soraa Piper Pendant 700 MP Series with 3000k, 8W LED, 48 degree distribution, 0-10V dimming, stem mounted Satin Nickel pedant. Provide all required transformers and wiring for connection to line voltage.
